Avir at La Hacienda is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. You will assist with meal service, help maintain a clean dining and kitchen area, manage supplies, and follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per department policies and procedures.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (FIFO).
• Prepare foods: follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly.
