• Assist with Meal Service: assemble trays and deliver to dining areas.

• Manage Supplies: rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO).
• Prepare Foods: follow recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve Meals: portion and serve as directed by recipes and worksheets.
• Sanitize Equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
