Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking a part-time dietary aide to assist with food preparation and service in our assisted living setting. You will help maintain clean dining areas and follow established health and dietary policies under the guidance of the Food Service Director or cook.

The role offers a supportive, family-like atmosphere with flexible pay options (On-Demand or Weekly Pay), tuition assistance, comprehensive benefits eligibility after 30 days, and robust PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice per community administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.
