Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Dietary Aide for Wharton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wharton, TX. The role operates full-time under the guidance of the Certified Dietary Manager to ensure meals are prepared and served, with post-meal cleanup of the dining area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Ability to follow direction from the CDM and Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following state regulations.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service; stock snack cart.
• Bus tables and trays; clean kitchen work areas and perform dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines and safety procedures.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
