Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per policies and procedures
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Prepare foods: follow menu and standardized recipes
• Serve meals: portion and serve as directed by recipes and instructions
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
