The Saber Health Group dietary team in a skilled nursing setting helps provide comfort, care and connection through every meal served to residents by assisting in food preparation and service and maintaining clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice.
