Job summary

Generations Healthcare's Walnut Creek Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the dining program with duties including meal prep, serving, and sanitation. This full-time role operates on the AM shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, offering $18-$19 per hour DOE and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas.
• Willingness to learn and apply new methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all food functions as directed, following policies.
• Work with Dietitian/Director of Food Services to implement changes.
• Serve meals promptly and help with meal setup.
• Assist in cleaning duties and maintain sanitation.
• Distribute menus and obtain supplies for meals.
• Deliver carts/trays to designated areas.
