Longwood Manor Convalescent Hospital is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Services team. The role involves preparing palatable, nourishing meals for patients and assisting with daily dietary needs in a non-exempt hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots.
• Active and current Safe Serve Food Handler’s Card.
• Good physical health to stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Clean food stations and wash dishes, cooking vessels and silverware.
• Stock ingredients and monitor inventory.
• Serve palatable, nourishing, and well-balanced diets.
• Assist in cooking and gathering ingredients for meals.
• Assists in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Dietary Aide Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster shots
• Requires an active and current Safe Serve Food Handler’s Card
