Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a Dietary Aide to help prepare meals, plate trays, and assist with serving and daily kitchen duties. This full-time role includes weekend rotation and afternoon shifts.

We offer competitive wages with starting pay around $15.15–$16.00 per hour plus Hero Pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) match, plus opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing meals following guidelines and regulations
• Plate food and assemble trays
• Assist with serving in dining room or delivering trays to rooms
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in kitchen and dining areas
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
