Job summary

Capri Communities is hiring a Dietary Aide in Port Washington, WI for a part-time, first shift (7am-3pm) position. You will support dining services, assist line cooks, take resident orders, and serve meals with courteous, prompt service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes and serves customer orders, delivering food and beverages promptly.
• Assists the dining team and maintains service flow.
• Ensures customer satisfaction throughout shift.
• Keeps kitchen stocked and clean, handles trash and utensils properly.

The 4-Day Work Week

• Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week.
• Eligible 52 Paid Days Off per year
• 8 hour shifts
• Eligible for Full-time and Part-time positions.

Job position description

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction during dining service. This includes aiding the line cooks in the coordination of kitchen activities, taking resident orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills, with a courteous and helpful demeanor.

Essential Responsibilities

• Takes and writes customer orders as well as serves food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Assists rest of dinning team as necessary.
• Always ensures customer satisfaction.
• Keep the kitchen supplied with clean dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Keep kitchen clean during shift- take out the trash, clean the floors, put away dishes, pots, pans and utensils away in their correct location.
