Hireology is seeking a Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care in our facility. You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and ensure meals are prepared and served safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse and keep areas hygienic.
• Manage supplies: deliver and rotate food and floor supplies per FIFO standards.
• Prepare foods: follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely.
• Serve meals: portion and serve according to recipes and instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking tools properly.

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will:

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas




• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures




• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)




• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently




• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions




• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
