Job summary

Pennant Group’s senior living community in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support daily dining operations for residents and guests. You will help with meal service, food presentation and maintaining a clean, sanitary dining environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a Serv-Safe certification (or be willing to obtain) and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Able to work effectively in a team and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving residents, staff and guests during meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens and dish rooms.

Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations. Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of all dining services cookware, dishware, etc. Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary.
