Job summary

Winter Haven Post-Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support resident nutrition and dining services.

The role involves preparation and serving of meals, adherence to nutritional guidelines, sanitation duties and inventory tasks to ensure smooth daily operations in a busy nursing home environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe or related certification preferred.
• LTC/SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to resident nutritional needs.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in dining areas.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
