Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic Dietary Aide to support our behavioral health facility serving youths aged 11-18. You will handle cooking, serving and food preparation, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning, while ensuring DHEC and dietary guidelines are met in a high-volume setting.

This is a full-time position with days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a team focused on care, safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a high-volume food production setting, preferably in a hospital or institution.
• Basic math skills; ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to estimate food requirements; disassemble, assemble, operate and clean equipment.
• Ability to interact with all people.

Responsibilities

• Cook, serve and prepare foods.
• Wash dishes and pots and pans.
• Clean the kitchen and the dining room.
• Monitor, inventory, and store groceries.

Three Rivers Midlands is seeking a dynamic & talented Dietary Aide.

Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility treating children and adolescents through residential and Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services (RBH). We treat males and females ages 11-18 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses.

The Dietary Aide Key Responsibilities Include: The dietary personnel are responsible for all aspects of the dining facilities operation and ensuring DHEC and dietary guidelines are being met. Which includes cooking, serving and preparing foods, washing dishes and pots and pans, cleaning the kitchen and the dining room as well as monitoring, inventorying and storing groceries.

Full Time position. Schedule is days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• ServSafe Certification preferred.
