What You’ll Do

• Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to start your shift
• Handle food and equipment in line with our sanitation policies
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and follow established safety guidelines
• Transport food carts and trays to resident rooms, dining rooms, and other designated areas as directed

What You’ll Bring

• A solid grasp of proper food handling and serving techniques
• Familiarity with sanitation practices for food service
• The ability to follow diet lists, portion accurately, and present meals in an appetizing way
• A positive, professional manner with residents, families, coworkers, visitors, and the public
• Comfort reading, writing, speaking, and following directions in English
• Willingness to provide annual proof of a negative TB skin test
