Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Dietary Aide in Lancaster, Ohio, to help create a welcoming dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area.

Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure residents receive nutritious meals. You’ll work in a supportive team environment with competitive pay and benefits, including weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are visually appealing and nutritious.
• Assist in meal preparation and ensure proper portioning based on dietary needs.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas for smooth service and accuracy.
• Deliver and retrieve food trays, ensuring timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, and storing utensils properly.
• Bus tables, sweep, mop, and remove trash to keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents during mealtimes.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Dietary Aide, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents. You will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
