Job summary

Slaton Care Center in the United States is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. This role requires trustworthiness, consistent attendance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will assemble trays, deliver meal carts, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare meals, portion and serve, and sanitize equipment, all while following recipes and safety standards to ensure resident satisfaction and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Dispose of refuse in accordance with department policies.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (First In, First Out).
• Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheets.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment properly.

• Sanitize Equipment : Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
