Job summary

Graham Oaks Care Center is looking for a dedicated Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. The role requires reliability, timely completion of duties, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist with meal service, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, prepare and serve meals, and ensure proper sanitization of equipment. A team-focused attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness: Dispose of refuse and keep diningareas tidy per policies.
• Manage supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to FIFO standards.
• Prepare foods: Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Serve meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions.
• Sanitize equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment properly.

• Assist with Meal Service : Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Maintain Cleanliness : Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Manage Supplies : Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)
• Prepare Foods : Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Serve Meals : Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions
• Sanitize Equipment : Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
