Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares meal plates and trays, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are always followed.
• Prepares meals to order as needed.
• Verifies proper recording of food temperatures, refrigerated equipment, dish machine, and sanitizer in appropriate logs.
• Ensures the sanitary cleaning of serving area and dishware.
• Restocks food and supplies as designated by supervisor.
• Interacts positively with and provides support to other staff.
• Rotates to other dining areas as needed.
