Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to assist in preparing and serving meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will help with food prep, portion meals accurately, and maintain a clean, sanitary dining area while delivering good guest service.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and COVID-19 vaccination policies. Prior food service is preferred but not required; ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must perform routine, repetitive tasks and work around food and cleaning products.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required where state/county law applies.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities
