Job summary

Dietary Aides perform duties involving serving residents during meal times and are comfortable in a dynamic environment with seniors.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy dining environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving and delivering meals and drinks to residents.
• Monitors all residents and guests during meal times to assure their needs are met.
• Maintains cooperative relationship with kitchen staff and other staff members in support of good communication and service.
