Job summary

Crescent Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in providing nutritious meals to residents. This role ensures meals are served safely and warmly, supporting resident comfort and well-being.

You will assist with meals, maintain sanitation, and participate in ongoing training related to dietary procedures and resident needs. This role offers daily pay options and growth opportunities within a mission-driven care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in providing nutritious, high‑quality meals to residents. This role ensures meals are delivered in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting resident comfort and well‑being.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in serving meals and beverages to residents, patients, and guests
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas following sanitation and safety standards
• Deliver and retrieve meal carts, trays, plates, and utensils in a respectful and timely manner

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
