Job summary

Arc at Streator is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide for a part-time 4pm-7:30pm shift to support food service operations and resident meals.

You will review, prepare and serve meals per planned menus and dietary orders, maintain a clean, safe kitchen, and assist with snacks as directed.

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.

Essential Duties

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, etc., is prepared in accordance with sanitary regulations.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
