Job summary

Forest-City-Nursing-and-Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal service, tray setup, and dining room duties on a supportive care team. You will ensure meals are served attractively and in a timely manner, following portion control procedures.

The role includes light cleaning tasks and dining area setup to maintain a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will be available on weekends and some holidays, be able to lift up to 25 lbs to 5 ft and stand for extended periods while

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum of 5 ft. and carry such weight up to 50 ft.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at a fast pace with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Hold a Food Handlers certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.

The Dietary Aide Will

Dietary Aide Must Have The Following

• Must be available to work weekendsand some holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift aminimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum of 5 ft. and be able topush, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 ft.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and work at a fast pace while paying close attention todetail.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Hold your Food Handlers certificate
