The Springs at Rochester Hills is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to support our dining program. Under new ownership, we’re expanding our team and welcoming compassionate individuals to help residents enjoy their dining experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in dietary aide or food service preferred
• Compassionate and enthusiastic about elderly care
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety/food-handling guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation and tray setup for residents
• Help serve meals and ensure residents receive proper portioning and assistance as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and equipment
