Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a motivated dietary aide to join our Villa Maria, PA healthcare team. This role supports meal service, dining room operations, and kitchen prep to ensure smooth, safe operation.

The position offers full-time, onsite employment at the Villa Maria Community Center with a competitive benefits package and weekend availability. Health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off are among the extended benefits.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic dietary aide to join our Healthcare team in Villa Maria, PA.

As a dietary aide with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented dietary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with meal service, setting and bussing tables in the dining room and assisting the cook as needed with food preparation and cleaning.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Prior food service experience is preferred.
• Have excellent communication and organization skills.
