Job summary

Opp Health And Rehabilitation LLC in Opp, AL is hiring a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in a compassionate, team-based environment.

You will work with residents, follow menus and diet orders, and participate in rotating weekends and holidays while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery.
• Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary.
• Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and store clean items properly.
• Review meal trays for accuracy based on menus and diet orders.
• Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly.
• Follow all Universal Precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation.
