Waterside Health & Rehab Center in Virginia Beach is seeking a dependable dietary team member to assist with food preparation and meal service for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will help serve meals and maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas in compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines. This full‑time morning position offers $15.00 per hour with On‑Demand Pay and Weekly Pay options to support work‑life balance.

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• GED guidance and resources are provided to help you earn your credential.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Mornings

• Wage: $15.00 per hour
