Regal Heights Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meals in the dining room and ensure nutritional needs are met.

This full-time, in-person role involves setting up dining areas, following sanitary standards, and assisting with meal service and clean-up in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Attend menu reading meetings
• Follow seating roster to serve meals in the dining room
• Serve food choices, alternates and diet consistencies to meet nutritional needs
• Set-up dining room tables and trays with attention to adaptive aids as ordered
• Follow sanitary standards
• Clean tables and chairs, sends soiled cart to dishwasher
• Reset tables for next meal
• Perform other duties as assigned
