The Pennant Group is hiring a part-time Dietary Aide at Cardinal Lane, a senior living community in Neenah, WI. Shifts are 4pm–7pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

You will assist residents, support dining service operations, maintain cleanliness of dining areas and cookware, and follow all food safety procedures to ensure high-quality meals. Serv-Safe certification is required or obtainable on hire; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to learn new food preparation techniques.
• Follows all food safety and equipment safety procedures.
• Dependable, punctual and self-motivated.
