The role involves assisting with meal service, dining room setup, resident interaction, cleanliness, and teamwork to ensure warm, respectful, and efficient dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous dining, server, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Summary

The Dining Aide plays an important role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents by providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of the Dining Services Department.

This position assists with meal service, dining room setup, resident interaction, cleanliness, and teamwork while helping ensure meals are delivered in a warm, respectful, and efficient manner.
