Job summary

Miramar Beach Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our faith‑based community serving residents with compassion. The shift runs from 11:30am to 8:00pm, with every other weekend required, delivering meals and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a supportive team environment.

You will follow diet orders, assist in plating, and maintain sanitation standards while collaborating with the dietary services team to deliver high‑quality resident meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or long-term care dietary setting preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written diet orders and menus.
• Capable of lifting, bending and standing for long periods in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Accurately plate and serve meal trays according to menus.
• Communicate with the director of dietary services.
• Work with urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate and satisfying.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Perform duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Accurately plate and serve meal trays according to planned menus

• Communicate effectively director of dietary services

• Work with a sense of urgency to ensure meals are timely, accurate, and satisfying

• Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols at all times

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus

• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment
