Sandridge Post Acute is seeking a kitchen/dietary aide to learn and perform the daily food service routines, prepare nourishments, and assist with meal service in a hospital-style setting.

You will handle dishwashing, sanitation, and basic kitchen tasks, while adhering to safety and food-handling guidelines. Excellent teamwork with dietary staff is essential.

• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes.
• Assist with serving meals and prepare nourishments and snacks.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at shift start.
• Observe water temperatures during dishwashing cycles and operate dishwasher.
• Sweep, mop kitchen and maintain clean work surfaces and refrigerators.
• Carry out trash and garbage, and put groceries away safely.
• Support the cook or dietary supervisor and participate in staff orientation and ongoing training.
