Wheatridge Park Care Center in Liberal, KS is hiring a Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and a welcoming dining environment. You will assist with meal prep under supervision and deliver meals on schedule.

This role offers training if you lack prior SNF/LTC experience, with opportunities to grow in a supportive healthcare team committed to resident well-being and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred but training is available.
• Willing to train candidates with no prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order
• Assist in meal preparation under the guidance of the Dietary Manager or Cook
• Deliver meals and trays to residents at scheduled times
• Clear dining areas and collect dishes, utensils, and glassware
• Clean and sanitize food stations, dishes, cookware, and utensils
• Restock tables and service areas with condiments and supplies

About the Role:

Join our team as a Dietary Aide and help create an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their families. In this role, you’ll assist with preparing and serving meals tailored to residents’ nutritional needs, while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
