Job summary

Saber Health Group is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and service in a skilled nursing setting in Lexington, NC. You will help maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas, following health policies and the facility's dietary procedures.

Shifts run 6:00a–2:00p and 12:00p–8:00p; 1–2 days per week, every other weekend. Wage is $14.00 per hour, with benefits and tuition assistance available as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• GED guidance and resources available to help earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and service.
• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies.
• Adhere to Dietary Policies and Procedures.
• Support the Food Service Director or Cook as directed.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist in food preparation and service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas as directed by the Food Service Director or Cook. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:
