Job summary

Sierra Post Acute in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Dietary Aide for a full-time schedule. Shifts run 6am-2:30pm on Wednesday through Sunday and 6am-2:30pm Friday through Tuesday. The role reports to the Cook and Dietary Supervisor and supports resident meals and dietary activities.

Qualified candidates have a GED or high school diploma and 1 year of experience is preferred. Benefits include vision, dental, 401k match, PTO, sick leave, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic food safety and handling practices.
• Ability to assist with meal service and resident support.
• Strong teamwork and communication within the dietary staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dietary team with meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining and kitchen areas.
• Help residents with meals and feeding as needed, under supervision.
