The Crossing at Kokomo is a Tutera Senior Living & Health Care community seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep, service, and cleanup for residents. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room and ensure meals are delivered with care and timeliness.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC is preferred. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and growth through Tutera University.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
