Job summary

Waters Edge Health and Rehab in Kenosha, WI is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team. You will assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and serve nutritional meals to residents, following individual care plans.

This part-time position offers AM and PM shifts (AM 6:30am-2:30pm, PM 4:00pm-8:00pm) with shifts not scheduled on the same day. Prior food service experience and strong communication are preferred, with opportunities for growth in a warm, professional

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Passion to work with diverse aging population.

Responsibilities

• Portioning and serving of food items.
• Delivering of trays and carts to resident floors.
• Cleaning of dining rooms.
• Working on the tray line.
• Working in the dish room and pot sink.
• Sweeping and mopping.
• Disposal of trash and recyclables.
• Per Diem duties as outlined by Director of Dietary.

Waters Edge Health and Rehab is hiring for a passionate Dietary Aide to join our Food Services team in Kenosha, WI. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist the kitchen staff in meal preparation, serving the nutritional meal to our residents, while following the residents' food restrictions according to their care plan.

This position is Part-Time with AM and PM shift hours
