Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents with meals at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper, IN. You will help with meal service, assist in meal prep, portion meals according to dietary needs, and maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.

The role emphasizes attention to food safety, friendly resident interactions, and reliable team collaboration to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are visually appealing and nutritious.
• Assist in meal preparation and ensure proper portioning based on dietary needs.
• Set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas for smooth service and accuracy.
• Deliver and retrieve food trays, ensuring timely and efficient meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, and properly storing utensils and supplies.
• Bus tables, sweep, mop, and remove trash to keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents during mealtimes.
