Your role is essential in ensuring residents receive quality meals that meet their dietary needs.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Set up and serve **meal trays** based on dietary guidelines* Assist with **meal service and food preparation*** Clear trays, wash dishes, and operate the **dishwasher*** Monitor and record **dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels*** Prepare snacks and nourishments for residents* Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas* Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and equipment* Store food and supplies safely and properly* Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shift* Follow all **food safety and infection control procedures*** Support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Must obtain and maintain a **Food Handler’s Certification*** Experience in a **healthcare or food service setting preferred*** Ability to learn food service routines quickly* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented### ### ### **Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?**At Cherrydale, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that values your contributions and supports your growth.
