As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive delicious and nutritious meals that meet their unique dietary needs.

About the Role:

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work closely with our dietary team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served according to our residents' dietary needs and preferences. Dietary Aide duties will include:

• Assisting with food preparation, such as washing and chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing garnishes
• Serving meals to residents in our dining areas, ensuring that all meals are delivered in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Assisting with food storage, inventory, and ordering
• Supporting our dietary team with special requests and dietary needs
