Job summary

Holland Home's Raybrook Manor in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will work with our culinary team to prepare and serve meals that meet dietary requirements while bringing joy and comfort to residents.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping aging adults, can stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds, and is able to pass a basic physical and background check.

Qualifications

• Reading, speaking, writing and understanding English required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 60 pounds.
• Pass a basic physical.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Add meals to food trays.
• Serve trays to residents.
• Clean tables after meals.
• Assist with washing dishes.
• Other light sanitation tasks.

Schedule

• First Shift: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm
• Every other weekend requirement.
• Holiday rotation requirement.
