Hireology in Fort Worth, TX seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our nutrition and resident care team. In this role, you will assist with meal service, deliver meal carts, maintain cleanliness, and help manage supplies according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas.
• Dispose of refuse according to policies and procedures.
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies as needed (FIFO).
• Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently.
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions.
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking equipment.

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In this role, you will:

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas

• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures

• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)

• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently

• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions

• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
