Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long‑term care facility in Florence, SC. You will follow dietary guidelines, assist with food prep, and help maintain a clean, sanitary dining area while delivering friendly resident service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies. Training and benefits are provided to support career development and well‑being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must work around food and cleaning products.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on state/county law.

• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required based on State / County law.
• Residency within the service area required
