Job summary

Harborview Thomasville is seeking a Dietary Aide for our nursing home. You will accurately plate and serve meal trays according to menus, while communicating with the director of dietary services to ensure timely, accurate, and satisfying meals.

You must uphold food safety and sanitation standards and handle duties as assigned in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous healthcare or long-term care dietary experience is preferred, along with the ability to follow diet orders and stand for

• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care dietary setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, including diet orders and menus.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods in a busy kitchen environment.
