Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Dietary Aide to support patient meals and dining services in a hospital-like setting. You will assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring accuracy and safety in serving patients, and maintaining clean, sanitary dining areas.

Contribute to a patient-centered dining experience by following all policies and collaborating with nurses and kitchen staff. Prior healthcare or food service experience is preferred for success in this role.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Prior health-care experience preferred
• Prior food services experience preferred

• Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
• Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
