Job summary

Creative Solutions In HealthCare in El Paso, TX is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care. You will assemble trays, deliver meal carts, and follow recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently, contributing to a caring dining experience for residents.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, dispose of refuse per policy, rotate supplies, portion and serve meals, and sanitize dishes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Dispose of refuse in accordance with policies and procedures
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (FIFO)
• Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly

Your Impact as a Dietary Aide

In This Role, You Will

• Assist with Meal Service: Assemble trays and deliver meal carts to nursing or dining areas
• Maintain Cleanliness: Dispose of refuse in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Manage Supplies: Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies according to standards (first in, first out)
• Prepare Foods: Follow menu and standardized recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Serve Meals: Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and spreadsheet instructions
• Sanitize Equipment: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
