Job summary

Complete Care is seeking dependable Dietary Aides to join our Food Services team in a warm, supportive environment serving seniors. You will help prepare, serve, and deliver meals with care, supporting residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dietary aide, food service, healthcare, nursing home, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager and Food Service Director with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and serve meals under the direction of the cook or Food Service Director
• Deliver meal carts to resident units on schedule
• Clean food preparation areas, dining areas, dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment
• Stock food and supplies while monitoring inventory levels
• Dispose of food waste and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection control, and compliance standards
• Adhere to all facility policies and federal, state, and local regulations
