Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide and Dishwasher at our nursing center to support residents' dining needs in compliance with laws and company standards.

Shifts are 6A-2P and 3P-7P. Responsibilities include safe food handling, cleaning duties, delivering and retrieving carts, setting up meal trays, and preparing snacks between meals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients/residents and visitors.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

SEEKING P/T DIETARY AIDE & DISHWASHER

6A-2P AND 3P-7P

The Dietary Aide provides food service assistance in the nursing center to ensure our patients/residents' dining needs are met in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.

• Safely handle food and equipment according to all policies and procedures.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties
• Deliver and retrieve food carts
• Set up meal trays and work meal tray line position
• Prepare snacks and beverages in between meal

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients/residents and visitors to meet their medical and physical needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
