Job summary

Luther Manor at Hillcrest in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Food Service Assistant to support all food-related functions in line with established policies.

You will serve meals, assist in serving on time, ensure proper portioning, participate in cleaning tasks, and maintain clean work areas. The role requires a High School Diploma/GED, English proficiency, and the ability to lift 25 lbs; training provided for residents and staff interaction.

• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
